Guide or Bathroom Planning Guide.

Two - Design |

- You will meet with our designer in
our showroom to view and select materials, fixtures, and
cabinets. Choose from several brand names of cabinetry
with a large selection of wood species, stains, finishes and
door styles.
- We can have cabinetry custom made
to meet your exact specifications
- Our certified solid-surface
fabricators can craft and install a one-of-a-kind countertop for
you.
- We will review and/or assist you
in establishing a budget for your project.

| Step Three -
Selection |
- Schedule in-home consultation to discuss
your project, take measurements and video tape the project are so that
no details are overlooked.
- Based on your ideas and our expertise,
we will create computer aided drawings of your project. These
will allow you to visualize your new kitchen or bathroom before we
start the project.
- We will provide an in-depth review of
the of the project design, scope and material choices to ensure
accuracy before we begin.
- We furnish a realistic financial
investment for the project to avoid add-ons and other surprises at the
completion of the project.

| Step Four - The
Project |
- All product and materials will be
ordered.
- We will procure the building, plumbing
and electrical permits when necessary. We are a State of
Wisconsin certified dwelling contractor #9754.
- We will handle scheduling of all
subcontractors.
- Our contractors clean their
workspace on a daily basis; we will put down carpet runners or
furniture blankets to protect the rest of your home during the construction
process.
- We carefully select and screen our subcontractors
to ensure that we have the best craftsmen in our area to work on
your project. We also make sure they have the necessary
insurances to protect you and your property.
- Some of our subcontractors have been
working for us for over twenty years, which means they know their
trades.
- We provide daily on-site progress
inspections and supervision of subcontractors during the project to
ensure accuracy of design and details.
- Your salesperson will be on hand to
answer any questions or concerns and to handle unforeseen problems
which may arise.

| Step Five - The
Completion |
- All construction materials and equipment will be
removed from job site.
- Project area will have all large debris and protective
coverings removed.
- Your salesperson will conduct a final inspection
of your completed kitchen or bathroom and provide a detailed final
billing for your project.
- You can move in and enjoy your new kitchen or
bathroom.
