"For 20 years, my husband and I traveled to the YMCA in Appleton from our hometown, Waupaca.  Twice a week we would pass Kustom Kitchens on College Avenue as we traveled to the Y.  Seventeen years ago we purchased a different home here on the Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca and lived with the design for quite awhile.  After much deliberation we decided that our kitchen and 1 bathroom on our main floor needed to be remodeled.  Since seeing the store front and sign of Kustom Kitchens for 20 years, we decided to stop in and visit the business.

We were instantly impressed with Dennis, the owner and his staff and loved the models of kitchens and bathrooms that he had on display...but what really clinched it for us, was his expertise, professional but friendly and funny personality, and his many years of experience in the industry.  I liked his ideas and especially appreciated his patience with me as I struggled to tell him what I really wanted...which changed at least 4 times.  He patiently guided me through the transitions I had to make in my desire to have the kitchen of my dreams and was honest with me, when my lack of experience got in the way.

I would say, that our remodeling of the kitchen was one of the great challenges of the century.  The original kitchen was an add-on to an old summer cottage.  The floor was not level, nor was the ceiling.  Dennis and his crew made everything work.  Most design places can take a new construction and slap some cabinets on the walls etc., but a true designer and creative thinker is a person or company that can see the potential in an old room and make it look unique and outstanding.  I do have the kitchen of my dreams and the bathroom that looks like it came out of a magazine.

This year, because Kustom Kitchens is the best and because they keep up with all the trends in the industry, we are having another bathroom remodeled.  As is customary for this home, Kustom Kitchens will have another challenge.  We trust them.  They know what they are doing and can make just about anything work.  Thank you Kustom Kitchens"
